Montagave 'Las Rocas' Tequila Blanco apricot brandy the historic center of ProseccoThis Blanco tequila, produced in El Arenal, Jalisco by Cascahun (NOM 1123) under Maestro Tequilero Salvador Rosales Torres, is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave that is steam roasted for 72 hours in a brick kiln and crushed with a small hand operated roller mill. It undergoes a 96 hour fermentation in brick and concrete tanks before being twice distilled in a stainless steel pot still with a copper coil, then rested for four weeks in a 5 ton concrete
