This stunning plate is transfer printed in rich cobalt and medium blue

The plate is by Royal Cauldon of Staffordshire England and dates to about the mid 1920's-40's

each with a slightly different hibiscus and coloring (some are scalloped like this and some are not)

This gorgeous example features a seldom found heavily scalloped and embossed border. The plate dates to about the 1930's. The face of the plate depicts a basket filled with fruits and flowers. It features hand painted touches of red, green and yellow. Stunning for display or use. Measures: 9 1 4" Condition: No chips or cracks, some crazing is present.
