fermented with with house culture and aged for 12 months on carbonically macerated British apricots

Pinta Barrel Coolship Autumn 2022 Wild Ale 375ml (6.5%) Natural Wine Malted OatsDrawing on the most traditional method of producing wild beers, PINTA Barrel Brewing decided to take on capturing yeast directly from the air. This vintage was naturally fermented using wild yeast captured via their coolship tray in Autumn 2022. Made with Pilsner barley malt, wheat malt and wheat flakes, and a blend of aged European hop varieties.
