Dating from the Georgian period, circa 1780, its composed of many, many dreamy seed pearls intricately woven across the mother of pearl locket back I cannot imagine counting them all! The way they are set almost looks as if the piece is moving (also known as trompe l'oeil deceives the eye), tiny seed pearls finely strung diagonally, with gorgeous natural pearls placed
