Victorian Owl Intaglio Signet Ring micromosaic A fine pair of antiqueDATE: Victorian, c. 1870 FORTIS EST VERITAS. Truth is strength. This Victorian signet ring is modelled in 18 karat gold, and features an intaglio carved owl crest, above the aforementioned Latin motto. It dates from the latter half of the 19th Century, with shield shaped face and good weight.
