Fermented with pinnacle MG+ and safespirit M 1 yeast. Aged in first fill bourbon and re fill whisky barrels. At 46% (25 PPM residual) with no fill filtration or coloring. Torabhaig is a new distillery that blends traditional and contemporary approaches. The first distillery to be build on Skye in 190 years, it is only the second legal distillery ever
