Victorian Almandine Garnet & Chrysolite Shell Earrings musical Striking 1930s Art Deco engagementDATE: Victorian, c. 1870 Unusual mid Victorian acorn earrings dating from the 1870s. Each one set with three almandine garnet and two chrysolite stones. Applied floral detailing in the centre and curved edges and line work to give a realistic look of a shell.
