This handcrafted beauty is set with 91 diamonds, of which 36 are rose cuts and 55 are old European cuts, mostly cushion cut. The diamonds add up to about 3. 2 carats total weight, they are set in silver and the brooch is backed in 15 karat gold. This piece has a hanger and a
