Siete Misterios Barril Mezcal Terres Rouges Distillery During R&D in 2009 weSiete Misterios (Seven Mysteries) aims to keep traditional mezcal production alive with a range of mezcals that highlight agave varietals, each grown in distinct micro climates. Almost every batch is made by a different mezcalero, and distilled in clay pots using Ancestrale production methods. Delicate aromas of butter and spices like cinnamon and aniseed; hints of fruit like soursop and lychees; delicates notes of cooked agave and a subtle smoky
