This is a spectacular design with sleek 1940s design and a beautiful silhouette. Cut with a soft sweetheart neckline, folded bodice and covered button detailing. The skirt is smooth over the hips flaring to a draped bow sash and deep tulle hem. The tulle section of the skirt has a yellow underlayer giving extra detail to the ballgown. Could benefit from an
