White Open Weave Straw Hat by Reggi of Wilshire cello straw Has a mandarin collarBody is constructed in a loose weave straw over a white flexible mesh base. Rolled brim exposes a navy blue grosgrain band that just barely peeps out. Center sports a little straw stem to give it a whimsical look. Excellent condition, showing little to no wear.
