Beautifully crafted from black tulle and horizontal stripes of thick black velvet the length of the dress. In between the velvet, the sheer tulle has been embellished with rows of stiffened, ruffled tulle. Above the bust, the neckline and shoulder straps of the dress are trimmed with black
