I acknowledge that Brunswick Landing Marina has advised against proceeding with the requested work due to the condition of the vessel and/or the recommended preparation not being performed. I understand that proceeding under these circumstances may result in reduced performance, premature failure, or other unsatisfactory results.

At my request, Brunswick Landing Marina is proceeding with the work despite these recommendations. I understand and agree that the work is being performed without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to performance, durability, or longevity.

I further agree to release and hold harmless Brunswick Landing Marina, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to the performance or outcome of this work.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily directing Brunswick Landing Marina to proceed against their recommendation and accept all associated risks.
