I understand that it is suggested by Brunswick Landing Marina that the bottom of my vessel be media blasted and all blistering addressed and prepared for paint application to ensure longevity and proper adhesion of the bottom paint. However, against the recommendation of Brunswick Landing Marina, I am requesting that the marina proceed with painting the bottom of my vessel without properly preparing the vessel for paint to be applied. I waive my rights to make any claims against Brunswick Landing Marina regarding the life and effectiveness of the bottom paint if they will paint the boat’s bottom as-is. I understand that there will be no warranty, implied or expressed, for this work.
