Stay for a night.
Or stay awhile.
Flexible dockage on concrete floating docks for transient, weekly, monthly, extended-stay and liveaboard boaters, all with the same warm welcome.
Typical dockage
Simple rates.
No guesswork.
Rates effective March 1, 2026. All per-foot rates are based on length overall, including platforms and bowsprits. The + indicates that quoted dockage rates may vary with availability and vessel size. Transient rates are availability-based, so booking earlier, when more slips are open, typically offers the best rate. Vessels over 70 feet are priced using a tiered structure. Liveaboards are welcome with no additional liveaboard fee; standard dockage, electric and applicable service charges still apply.
17-foot beam and above
